From back in 1970. Frank Weber of Steelton Pa shot this target which was a then worlds record at 8.468". Also a "50" score, at that time there was only a 5 ring. They were still using the old Military "A" target in those days. Some time shortly following this there was a change made to a target that had a 10 and X rings on it. This was one of the very few targets shot as a perfect 50 score. I don't know an exact count, but it was not very many.
